Honorable Lords & Ladies the season of Pumpkins & Pagentry is approaching and the Barony of Aarquelle warmly invites you to celebrate as our finest artisans and scientists compete for the titles of Defender of Aarquelle. There is also the coveted title of Traveling Defender up for grabs. (Documentation not required)
Enjoy this opportunity to showcase your favorite garb, take a class or more, participate in our largess derby, enter into the Defender competitions, and enjoy a day with friends in Aarquelle.

Simply Six Largess Derby
This is a baronial Largess Derby being held during Aarquelles Arts and Sciences Defender event, Harvestfest.
RULES:
-Submit any 6 matching items you are wishing to donate to the Baronial largess.
-Please remember to include an information tag that has what the item is, include any ingredients (if applicable) , & your SCA name & Barony.
-Yes you may submit as many times as you like. Each different group of 6 items is its own entry.
– You do not need to be present to enter, but please have a representative to choose your prize.
– You do NOT need to be sponsored to enter.
-Your items will go out on display during the event to be seen and voted on.
-Voting is done by the bead method. Each attendee of the event will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite entry. 1 vote per person.
-Once voting closes and beads have been tallied the entrants get to choose 1 item donated as their prize.
-Once an entry has been chosen as a prize it is no longer available to choose from and the remaining 5 pieces go to Baronial Largess.
